(This OC is a giant melting pot of a bunch of my other OCs.)

A bit of a mysterious and untamed young man, or old brat, whichever you prefer.

Born and raised in Ecruteak City of the Bell Tower, Emmett comes from a rather traditional lineage of pokemon collectors/traders. He is first and foremost a pokemon collector, a musician (of the strings variety), and then a trainer.

Sly, whimsical and somewhat of a carnivore, Emmett enjoys hunting for rare Pokemon most with his spare time, as it is one of the very few activities that keeps his attention aside from working with or enjoying music. He is easily intrigued and also easily bored, despite overall being an ambitious, patient and calculative individual. Always a feline smile upon his face, Emmett is quite sociable and provoking at times due to his curiosity for everything unknown.

He is gentlemanly and polite when the situation calls for, and also knows his game well due to his upbringing. If not for his father being crazy strict on him, he would've grown up to be quite the evil kitty.

As of now, Emmett spends most of his time helping with the family business (dealing pokemon and accepting capture commissions), hunting for rares and also training his pokemon.

He has arrived at the UBF dome to look after his friend and archrival, Pari, as her parents have begun to realize how long the competition was going to last.

Emmett owns and trains a lot of pokemon, some personally and some for other purposes. He "loves" them all equally though there are a few that he finds easier to bring around with. His usual team is made up of pokemon with movesets that are mainly used for disabling and capturing wild pokemon. As a result, his battle style tends towards the opponent's incapacitation.

After naming his shiny absol Christmas, he continued the whimsical trend and named the ones he favour most after famous holidays.

He used to be a lot more ignorant of pokemon as friends and partners, having seen pokemon being dealt from person to person like items all his youth. After he and Pari's rivalry started, though, he has found pokemon more interesting to socialize with than before.

- Emmett also drinks juice all the time. (Though from cans instead of boxes. He hadn't thought of why---must be because cans are shiny.)

- Emmett and Pari have traveled together in the Johto/Kanto region on and off for about a year. It is then that they became rivals, and also when the juice-drinking habit manifested, because Emmett doesn't like eating vegetables. The healthiness (or just the sugar) seems to have turned it into an addiction, though.

- Pari's steelix, Aeon, has never taken a liking to Emmett ever since their initial meeting...Because when Emmett first saw Aeon, he laughed.}

Seriously, man. This is some pretty cool stuff. Unique n' badass holiday names (andEmmetbeinghawt) aside...I guess I just like your style. I kinda feel like some really cool and serious battles could be brought into Pokemon with this. I'm so used to seeing Pokemon stuffs drawn all fun n' cute, seeing them look serious is way cool X)
